Group service · one line, one engineer

One phone call, one engineer, however many divisions it touches.

TCI Group is four brands with one workshop behind them. If a job spans Mouldings and Products, or Culinary and Construction, you don't get handed round — one engineer runs it end to end.

When it's right

Four situations where this service earns its keep.

A single job crosses two brands

Your part is food-contact and also carries a moulded logo. That's Culinary and Products. You still ring one number and talk to one person about both sides.

You're trialling us for the first time

A single contact means you can hold one conversation and see how we work. If we win the second job it goes to the same engineer.

You're procurement, not engineering

You want a technical contact who can answer without triaging you through switchboards. Direct line, same person, every call.

You have multiple parts on multiple timelines

One engineer keeps the map of your open jobs. Nothing falls through the cracks because it belongs to a different brand's inbox.

How it flows

Four stages, in the usual order.

  1. 01

    The first call

We ask what you're making. If we can already tell it belongs to one division, we route you. If it spans two or more, one of us takes the lead.

  2. 02

    The lead engineer

You get a name and a direct line. Any brand-specific specialists we pull in feed their input through them, not directly at you.

  3. 03

    The status update

Weekly, or when something material happens. Written, so you have it in your inbox to forward on.

  4. 04

The handover, if there ever is one

Cover for holidays and sickness is briefed on your job in advance. You'll know who it is before it happens.

What we need from you

To scope it properly.

A short brief. One paragraph is fine. What the part is, roughly how many, and any deadline that matters.

Your best direct line. So we can talk it through rather than ping-ponging emails for a week.

Any existing paperwork. Drawings, prior quotes, previous samples — helpful, not required.

FAQs

Common questions.

Do I have to pick a division first?

No. Describe what you're making. We'll route or take the lead ourselves.

What if the engineer is on holiday?

You'll have their cover's name in advance, briefed on your job. Not a stranger reading a ticket.

Is this a sales role or a technical role?

Technical. The person you talk to is on the engineering side, not a sales rep passing back to a workshop.

Get in touch

Not sure which division? Tell us what you're making.

Send us a sketch, a photograph, or a paragraph. We'll come back with the right division, the right route, and an honest sense of what it will take.
