Our terms in brief
Plain-English summary.
We supply moulds and moulded parts to written quotes. Every quote sets out the scope, the price, the payment terms and the timeline.
Orders are accepted in writing (email or purchase order). Once accepted, changes are handled through a written change order — priced and dated so both sides have the same version.
Tooling paid for by you is yours. We store it here at no additional cost unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Where a job cannot be delivered as quoted (material shortage, machine breakdown, unforeseen technical issue), we tell you as soon as we know, and we work with you on the recovery plan.
