A job that starts as one thing and grows
You began with a hand-made mould for a prototype. The production run needs an injection tool and finished parts. Two divisions, one running quote.
Parallel workstreams
The tooling side (Mouldings) and the finished-goods side (Products) quoted together so you can see total programme cost at a glance.
Consumables plus capital
The tool is a one-time build. The parts are recurring. We break them out on the same page so you can budget each properly.
A tender or bid response
You need one quote for the client, priced properly, even though the delivery is going to move around inside our workshop.

Rough numbers per division, so you know whether it's worth pursuing before we spend engineering time.

Detailed quote
Line items: tooling, unit cost, tolerances, materials, timelines. Divided by division so it's clear who's doing what.

One PO or several
We're flexible on paperwork. One PO across the group works, or one per brand if that's simpler for your finance team.
What we need from you
To scope it properly.
A brief that includes all the parts. Not just the first stage — tell us where you want to end up so we can quote the whole map.
Volumes, even rough ones. Whether it's 50 or 50,000 changes the route recommendation completely.
Any hard dates. Trade show, product launch, regulatory deadline — knowing the immovable helps us sequence.
