Group service · UK from the drawing to the crate

UK-designed, UK-made, coordinated from one Warwickshire workshop.

Our design and development sits in Bidford-on-Avon. So does the majority of our moulding. Some higher-volume production goes to trusted UK and near-shore partners we've worked with for years — but the coordination sits with us.

When it's right

Four situations where this service earns its keep.

You need UK content for procurement reasons

Public sector, defence-adjacent, or a customer with a UK-content clause — we can help you meet it.

You're onshoring from abroad

You've had parts made overseas and want to bring them back. We'll help you re-tool for a UK line.

You want a short supply chain

One workshop, one country, one time zone. Fewer places for lead time to hide.

Higher-volume needs UK partners

Where volume goes past what our workshop can do sensibly, we place it with UK partners we already know. You still deal with us.

How it flows

Four stages, in the usual order.

  1. 01

    Route decision

Whether the run belongs in our workshop or with a partner. Told to you plainly, with the trade-offs.

  2. 02

    Coordination lead

One of our engineers holds the schedule and the quality checks — whether we run the parts or a partner does.

  3. 03

    Partner audits

Every partner is on our approved list. We visit, we inspect, we hold their material spec.

  4. 04

    Delivery from us

Parts come back to Bidford, get checked in, get released to you. One despatch address.

What we need from you

To scope it properly.

Any content requirements. If your buyer specifies UK content, tell us so we can match the route to it.

Volume forecast. Steer us on whether you expect one run, quarterly runs, or standing tooling.

Delivery destination. Some jobs it's simpler for the partner to ship directly. Others come via us. Your call.

FAQs

Common questions.

Is everything made in the UK?

The design and the majority of moulding, yes. Some higher-volume production is placed with trusted UK partners. We'll tell you which is which.

Do you tell me if part of the job goes to a partner?

Always. You should always know where the work is done.

Can I visit the workshop?

Yes. Ring first so someone's expecting you. We're happy to walk you round.
