TCI Group · About
TCI is a Warwickshire silicone moulding company. Four specialist divisions in one workshop, sharing one engineering team and one quality system.
Our people
The same small team works across all five TCI brands, so the person who quotes your job is never far from the person who builds it.

Employee Welfare
Our cocker spaniel. Keeps spirits up in the office and gives every delivery a thorough sniff.
One workshop, four front doors
Techcraft Industries Mouldings Ltd trades under four brands so that specialist customers land on specialist content. The engineering, the workshop and the quality system are shared. A chandler and a precast yard get very different sites — because they're chasing very different outcomes — but they get the same team.
You have a part in mind. It might be a candle, a chocolate bar, a piece of precast concrete, or a rubber seal that goes into somebody else's assembly. You should not have to work out which of our four brands is the right way in.

How a job flows
A drawing, a photograph, or a paragraph. We come back the same working day with a route recommendation and a rough number.
The mould is designed around the part. Draft, parting lines, vents, and how it comes off the pattern.
Master pattern machined, printed or sculpted. Silicone poured, pressed or injected around it, depending on route.
You get first-off parts to sign off. Any changes are made before we call the tool released.
You take the tool, or leave it with us and reorder parts. Either way, the paperwork is your permanent record of what the mould is.

Inside the workshop

Moulds designed around the part, with draft, parting lines and vents worked out on screen.
Silicone poured, pressed or injected around the master, depending on route.

Tools opened, parts released and finished by hand where needed.

First-off parts measured and recorded before any tool is released.
Where the divisions sit

Custom silicone and polyurethane moulds for decorative, creative and industrial casting. Prototyping and short-run tooling start here.

Food-contact silicone for bakeries, patisserie, chocolate and confectionery. PFAS-free, platinum-cure grades with written material specs.

Formliners, GRC, precast and heritage tooling. Silicone built to survive alkaline concrete and repeated release.

Finished silicone and rubber parts at volume. Compression, LSR injection and contract manufacturing under your brand.

Get in touch
Send us a sketch, a photograph, or a paragraph. We'll come back with the right division, the right route, and an honest sense of what it will take.
