Buyer's guide
One quote, four divisions — how our group quoting works.
If your job spans Mouldings and Products, or Culinary and Construction, you don't get four quotes on four letterheads. Here's how the one-quote model actually works.
Intro
One quote, four divisions — how our group quoting works.
Most of what we quote sits inside a single division. But roughly a third of the enquiries we get on the group line span two or more brands. Instead of pretending they're separate jobs, we quote them as one.
This is what a group quote looks like, and how the paperwork behind it flows.

One document, four line groups
The quote is one PDF or one email chain. Inside it, the line items are grouped by division so you can see who's doing what. Each group has its own subtotal. A single grand total sits at the bottom.
Tooling and unit cost, always split
Whether the job is one division or four, tooling and unit cost are separate lines. We don't roll tooling into the first parts to make order one look cheap.
PO options
You raise one PO covering the whole quote, or one per division, or one for tooling and one for parts. Whatever your finance team likes best. We accept all three.
Lead times per division
Some parts of the job are faster than others. We show lead time per line, not one number for the whole job, so you can plan against the slowest step.
Change orders
Anything that changes after the quote is agreed comes as a written change order. Priced, dated, signed off. Same discipline whether it's a single-brand or cross-brand change.
Invoicing
Invoices can come consolidated (one from the group) or split (one per division). Common request from procurement teams reconciling into an ERP.
Quick reference
A one-glance version of the guide above.
If you want one supplier record
→ One PO, consolidated invoicing
If your ERP wants per-division records
→ One PO per division, split invoicing
If tooling and parts go to different budgets
→ Split by tooling and parts
If you want to see it all before deciding
→ Ask for both formats — we'll send them

In closing
One more thing.
The behind-the-scenes complexity is ours to hold, not yours. Whichever format you take the quote in, the workshop sees the same job.
