TCI Group · One-stop-shop
If you want one supplier for everything moulded, this is the pitch.
TCI Group is set up so that a customer with silicone, rubber, PU and cross-application needs can consolidate them under one relationship without losing specialist attention.
What 'one-stop-shop' actually means here
Four things you get by consolidating.
One trading account
One supplier record in your ERP, one credit line, one master trading agreement. Simpler for finance, cleaner in your systems.
One point of contact
One engineer who knows your full range of work. Not a queue, not a rotation.
One paperwork discipline
Same material spec format, same audit trail, same first-off approval process — across every part number, whichever division makes it.
Combined quoting and reporting
One quote when jobs cross divisions. One report when you need to see spend and performance across the group.
Cross-division continuity
A part that starts in one division and grows into another doesn't need a new relationship. Same team throughout.
Real specialism, not generalism
Behind the group layer, each division is a specialist team. Consolidation doesn't dilute the expertise — it just removes the coordination overhead.

What it doesn't mean
Being honest about the limits.
Not the cheapest for every part
For a single-material single-division job, a small local specialist may beat us on price. Where we win is on programmes that span more than one thing.
Not a discount club
Consolidation doesn't come with an automatic bulk discount. Where material volume across divisions justifies better pricing, we pass it on. Where it doesn't, we don't pretend.
Not a magic router
We still need you to tell us what you're making. We'll route you correctly, but we can't guess.
Where it works best
The customer patterns we see most often.
Homewares brands
Cast tooling, injection production, food-safe crossovers, branded retail versions. Three divisions, one relationship.
Precast yards
Formliners and rubber gaskets from one supplier. Construction + Products.
Consumer product start-ups
Prototype to production, one team through every stage.
Food and beverage brands
Kitchen tooling and branded consumer accessories from one place. Culinary + Products.
Industrial OEMs
Silicone bellows and nitrile seals under one arrangement.
Medical device developers
Prototype and production with a continuous paper trail.
