Group quality · traceability
Every batch logged against the job that used it.
If your customer asks which material went into a part made months ago, we can answer. Batch numbers, cure records and the person who ran the job sit in one file.
The detail
Material traceability, at group level.
Traceability is only useful if it's complete. We log material batch, cure conditions and release date against the job number as the work happens, not afterwards from memory. The same method runs across all four divisions.
For customers who pass our paperwork straight into their own quality file, that means one format whichever division made the part.

Is it right for you?
An honest fit check.
A good fit when
- You supply into regulated or audited sectors
- Your customer asks for batch-level records
- You're consolidating several suppliers and want one format
- You've had a field question and couldn't trace the material
Probably not the answer when
- You need serialised marking on every individual part — ask us, it's scoped separately
- You need records in a regulated system we don't operate — we'll tell you honestly
- One-off decorative moulds where nobody will ever ask
