Group service · programme management, not just parts
For programmes that run over months, not weeks.
Some jobs are one tool and one delivery. Others are a programme: prototypes, first article, tooling, launch, ramp-up, refresh. We run the schedule so you don't have to keep asking where things are.
When it's right
Four situations where this service earns its keep.
A product launch with a fixed date
Trade show, retail launch, regulatory submission. We work back from your date and flag any risk to it early.
A ramp-up plan
Fifty parts in month one, five hundred by month six. We plan tool capacity around that, not around a single order.
A multi-tool family
Five variants of the same part, each with their own tool, going into the same line. Coordinated build so nothing bottlenecks.
A programme with regulatory checkpoints
Where paperwork stages have to be completed before the next phase can start. We line them up to the schedule.

How it flows
Four stages, in the usual order.
- 01
Kick-off
Half a day. Every stakeholder in one room (or one video call). Scope, dates, risks captured.
- 02
Running schedule
Weekly update, or milestone-by-milestone if that fits better. Written record retained.
- 03
Change control
Every scope change captured, priced and signed off. No surprises when the invoice comes.
- 04
Programme close-out
At the end, everything filed. If you come back for a refresh in two years, we can pick it up.
What we need from you
To scope it properly.
A decision-maker on your side. One name we can call when things need signing off, or when scope changes.
Your immovable dates. Regulatory submissions, launch windows, seasonal peaks. Everything else, we can flex around.
Your escalation path. If we need to raise a risk, who do we take it to and how fast.

FAQs
Common questions.
Do you charge for project management separately?
For long programmes, sometimes. For most jobs it's folded into the price. We'll be clear before we start.
What tools do you use for scheduling?
Whatever suits you. We're not going to make you learn a new platform to work with us.
What happens if a milestone slips?
You'll hear about it early, with a recovery plan. Not on the day it was due.
