Project management · supplier liaison
We talk to your other suppliers so you don't have to relay it.
Your moulded part meets someone else's plastic housing, metal bracket or packaging. We'll speak to those suppliers directly, with your permission, so interfaces are agreed between the people who make them.
The detail
Supplier liaison, at group level.
A lot of fit problems come from messages passed through a middle person. The moulder hears one version, the housing supplier another. Supplier liaison puts the engineers in direct contact, with you copied in.
We also coordinate with trusted UK partners for work we place outside our own workshop, so there's one voice on the moulding side.

What's involved
Six parts of the work.
Interface agreements
Mating dimensions and tolerancing discussed directly with the other supplier.
Sample exchange
Mating parts swapped early so fit is checked on real parts.
Schedule alignment
Our delivery timed to their assembly, not just to your PO.
Change notification
If either side changes, the other hears about it the same day.
Partner management
Work we place with UK partners is managed by us, to our quality system.
You stay informed
Copied on every exchange. Nothing agreed without you.

- 01

- 04
Ongoing liaison

Is it right for you?
An honest fit check.
A good fit when
- Your part assembles with components from other suppliers
- Fit problems have come from miscommunication before
- Your team is stretched relaying technical questions
- You're onshoring and building a new UK supply base
Probably not the answer when
- You'd rather hold supplier relationships yourself — we'll work through you
- You need us to buy and manage parts outside moulding
- Confidentiality stops suppliers talking to each other
FAQs

Will you contact my suppliers without asking?
Never. Only with your introduction and permission.
Do you sign NDAs with them too?
Yes, where needed.
Can you recommend other suppliers?
We can suggest UK firms we've worked alongside, with no commission involved.
