For in-house engineering teams
Your bench, extended.
If you have engineers on your side who already know moulding, we're the workshop that speaks their language. Send drawings, get engineering-to-engineering feedback, and turn a design into a tool without the sales-layer in the middle.
Situations we see
Four patterns that come up often.
A design that needs a second pair of eyes
Your designer wants a DFM review from someone who'll actually build the tool. We'll mark it up and send it back.
Prototype capacity when yours is full
You have in-house tooling but you're stacked. Overflow work goes to us and comes back to your spec.
Low-volume production
It's not worth building an injection tool for a few hundred a year. Cast or compression from us, at your unit price target.
A design refresh
You've had the part in the field. It needs a subtle change. We can re-tool without you starting the drawing again.

How it works
The path from first call to a running relationship.
- 01
Direct engineering line
You talk to an engineer, not an account manager.
- 02
STEP or IGES in, sample out
Fast prototype loop for signed-off drawings. First samples in weeks, not months.
- 03
Change orders
Design revisions handled by written change order so both sides have the same version history.
- 04
Handover, or ongoing
You take the tool, or leave it with us. Both are fine.
What we need from you
So the first conversation is useful.
The 3D model. STEP, IGES, native CAD. If it's proprietary, we'll work out an export.
Your quality requirements. First-off approval routine, tolerance callouts, any inspection standard you work to.
A named engineer contact. So we can talk engineer-to-engineer without translation.

FAQs
Common questions.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send yours or use ours. We prefer it in place before drawings arrive.
Can I own the tool?
Yes. If you paid for it, it's yours. We store it here at no additional cost, or ship it to you.
Do you do first-article inspection to a customer standard?
Yes. We can work to standard FAI formats or your own inspection template.
