Group service · one standard everywhere
One quality system. Four divisions. Same paperwork, same standard.
Whichever door you came in through, the quality system behind your job is the same. Same procedures, same audit trail, same material spec document. It means a job that crosses two brands doesn't need two quality conversations.
When it's right
Four situations where this service earns its keep.
You're passing an audit through to your customer
The material spec we hand you is written to sit inside an auditor's binder. Same format across all four brands.
You have multiple parts from us
One quality process for every job. The paperwork looks the same in your file, whichever brand it came from.
You need traceability
Batch, material and process are logged for every mould we build. Retrievable years later.
You're a regulated buyer
Medical, food, aerospace-adjacent — the underlying discipline is the same. Ask us for the paperwork you need and we'll fit it into our system.

How it flows
Four stages, in the usual order.
- 01
Job opens
Job number issued. Material batches, tool build steps and test data get logged against it as they happen.
- 02
First-off sign-off
You approve first-off before we call the tool released. Signed record retained.
- 03
Release documentation
Tool leaves with a data pack: material spec, dimensional record, process route, first-off approval.
- 04
Archive
The job file is retained. If you come back for a repeat tool or a warranty question years later, we can look it up.
What we need from you
To scope it properly.
Your paperwork format, if you have one. Some customers have a template they want everything written into. Share it and we'll adapt.
Your customer's audit questions. Forward them across. We'll answer directly so the trail is intact.
Retention requirements. If your industry needs paperwork retained for a specific number of years, tell us and we'll flag it.

FAQs
Common questions.
Are you certified?
We run a documented quality system across the group. For specific accreditations, ring us and we'll tell you honestly what we do and don't hold.
Is the paperwork the same across all four brands?
Same core template, same discipline. Brand-specific details are added where the industry needs them — food-contact declarations for Culinary, for example.
Do you handle NDAs and IP?
Yes. Drawings, patterns and product concepts stay confidential. We won't reference customers by name in any material.
