Single point of contact · first-call routing
Describe the part. We'll work out which door it goes through.
You shouldn't need to know how our four divisions are organised. Ring the group number, tell us what you're making, and we'll route you correctly on the first call.
The detail
First call routing, at group level.
Most people who ring the group line have a part in mind and no idea which of our brands makes it. That's fine. The person who answers is technical enough to ask the right three questions and send you to the right bench.
If the job spans more than one division, we don't pick one and hope. The group takes the lead and names an engineer.

What's involved

A technical first answer
The person who picks up knows moulding, not just the switchboard.

What it's for, roughly how many, and what it touches.
Straight to the specialist
Single-division jobs go directly to the right team.

A short email confirming who's handling it and what happens next.
No wrong door
If you started with a division site, we still route you internally.

Is it right for you?
An honest fit check.
A good fit when
- You've never bought from TCI before
- Your part doesn't obviously fit one division
- You found us through search and aren't sure where to start
- You have several parts that might sit in different divisions
Probably not the answer when
- You already have a named engineer — ring them directly
- You need an emergency out-of-hours response — existing customers have arrangements
- Enquiries unrelated to moulding

FAQs
Common questions.
What if I've contacted the wrong division?
Nothing's lost. We move the enquiry internally and tell you who has it.
Do I need drawings to ring?
No. A description is enough for routing.
Is the group line a sales line?
It's answered by the engineering side.
